Individual Counseling

Counseling Intensives

Depending on where you find yourself, a counseling intensive could be a good idea. An intensive is designed to be a more concentrated version of individual counseling, often diving into a specific issue or story, and with more of a retreat feel. 

While intensives often zoom in to something specific, they remain holistic, looking at and treating you, your story, your body, and your practices as whole. Intensives take place over the course of two or three days and are tailored to each client based on their needs and goals. Intensives are a gift to offer yourself if you are feeling especially overwhelmed or stuck.
